Is the northern quarter chippy closed for good?

I went past today (kingfisher chippy on tib street) and the windows were painted over and there was a sign, something about truffles? I can’t find anything online about it closing so I was wondering if anyone knows anything. I need good news as it’s my go to chippy tea…
