Is me landing a hospital job impossible?

Advice

Hi guys, ive been looking for a hospital job and applying, but its looking grim that i can get a job, because of the insane requirements. Please help.

This is the requirements for my most local hospital, its a CNA opening on Med-Surg:

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Current Emergency Medical Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Phlebotomist, EKG Tech certification required

What does this mean? Am I unable to have even a chance at getting hired with just BLS and CNA? I have years of experience at home helping family who were/ are disabled. I was also employed as a HHA for a bit, but i have years of experience nonetheless, just none as a CNA.

Super worried, starting to think my only chance is a LTC facility which I really dont want to do yet.
