What’s the best option for me in terms of jobs at early 20s?

So far I haven’t really gotten successful with finding a new job what with lack of college experience and a single internship during that one time for helping people with disabilities. I’m thinking of getting a food handlers certificate and an alcohol certificate to perhaps help me getting jobs at higher end restaurants. Dream job would probably be becoming an actor or singer although that probably requires luck and classes which I doubt would get me anywhere. What are your suggestions?
