Balance Refund

Hi,

I have some credits on my account, but I don't plan to use them. How to initiate a refund?

Contacted their support, but seems someone beyond dumb is working there, so the official reply was "Reddit account"! Nothing more, nothing less, just two words, and never a reply after.

Tried deleting my account, since I thought that would automatically initiate refund of remaining funds. But seems not to be the case.

Any advice is appreciated.
