[Gift Q] Which lenses for night cycling (no headlight) and driving?

General Question

I've searched this topic here, but didn't really get a sufficient answer.

I'm shopping for my spouse who bikes at night without a light, typically where it's mildly dense (the occasional light, some low ambient lights, intermittent car headlights), who chiefly wants glasses to keep bugs/snow out of his eyes.

I'm interested in something that will also enhance his night/low light vision if at all possible, that he could also use for night driving in the country and city.

I'm debating between:

- Prizim Low light -> seems to work okay for people who use a headlight while bicycling, but I'm worried it will be more harm than good in the dark with some ambient light from street lights 100 yards away....

- just clear ->for the safe option for biking , no enhancement

- Iridium Clear Photochromic -> I'm unsure if this one is good at true night, or only twilight, so I'm on the fence. I got the impression it will transition to blocking light if it gets light out, so it would be good for twilight/dawn? But not true day or true light?

- Prizim Gaming - seems like it's good for night driving, is better than everything else for night driving?

- Prizim yellow? - no idea if this is superior to Low Light

I'd really appreciate your help, and I'd be willing to buy two pairs (I'm considering buying clear lenses just in case as well, but that's adding up to ~$450!)
