Looking for suggestions on a gpu upgrade

I got a budget of 250€, currently have a i5 9600k, and an Rtx 2060 6gb. I’ve been looking at used gpus for that budget and I can’t decide between an Rtx 3060 12gb or an rx 6700 xt, both used ofc. Which one is the best/ other recommendations?
