If I was one of those black bag, inner sanctum, majestic times infinity security clearance havin' dudes who knew the full truth, and had the lowdown ET and his agenda, the LAST dude I would do is leak that shit to someone as unhinged, senile, narcissistic and dishonest as Tangerine Head.

Jimmy Carter, one of the most even tempered, middle of the road presidents we ever had, pushed for years for disclosure, and they wouldn't budge. But he was persistent, so (it is said) they (whoever they were) had "the talk" with him. apparently, the truth of it all was so dark and disturbing that Carter, a deeply religious man, cried for days, cancelled engagements, wouldn't come out of the White House bedroom, and thereafter had nothing to say to anyone on the matter of ET. PS: In his younger days, Carter Saw a UFO, and reported it (to MUFON, I think.)
