Red Bird Espresso in KitchenAid KF8

I am replacing my aging Saeco Picobaristo with a new KitchenAid KF8 machine that arrived today.

For the last few years my “house coffee” has been Red Bird Espresso and I plan to do to ie to show it with the new machine. Does anyone else use these beans in a KitchenAid Superautomatic?

Just curious way grind setting etc. you found to work well for this particular coffee. I will go through the standard dial in process to get things to my liking, but if someone else uses these beans that would give me a head start.
