Night wakings after sleep training

When do I stop assisting at night? Baby is 4 months old. He can fall asleep independently after sleep training, but MOTN wakes (2-3 times) I feed to sleep. Do I have to stop this? He gave me 7 hour stretches the first 3 nights after the initial 2 days of sleep training and now all of a sudden is waking up after a couple hours again. He has 9.5 hours of awake time and goes to bed 8pm.
