Dermatology recommendations

Does anyone have a dermatologist they can recommend in the city? The visit can be in person or virtual, Spanish or English. I have a month left in South America and I did not bring enough medication with me to last until the end. I’ll need the following medications: Combination birth control pill, Tretinoina, Espironolactona

All prescribed to me for acne, but in the US and I heard that farmacias hesitate to take international prescriptions
