Dashcam suggestion ano kaya mas maganda at mura?

• First car owner here and was thinking to get a dashcam but no idea what’s good at mura. • Secondly, okay ba mag use nang car cover kahit sabi nila cotton ung ilalim para di magasgas ung car paint? How true?
