Is it possible to get estrogen cream without being menopausal?

I have high prolactin, potentially a prolactinoma (awaiting MRI results) which is giving me menopause symptoms due to low estrogen. I have all of the symptoms of GSM* but I’m concerned that I won’t be able to get estrogen cream due to not being menopausal.

I’m yet to start medication for the high prolactin and I know that as my prolactin lowers my estrogen should increase, but I’m really struggling and in need of relief ASAP. I’m concerned that I’ll be brushed off because I’m not menopausal, is there a chance for me to be prescribed it?

*(Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause is a chronic and progressive condition due to estrogen deficiency, most commonly associated with the menopause)
