Lakeview School Foam

Okay, so - I went to Lakeview school in porters lake in the 90s, and I have a fever dream memory of there bean FOAM flying around the playground, from some sort of open pit water facility that was surrounded by chain link fence. I remember people kicking it, and watching it flying around, and the duty teachers keeping us from it.

Does anyone else remember this? What the hell was it?
