How do I report errors in Fullview?
I really like Fidelity Fullview and have linked a number of accounts to it. While it's annoying that I have to relink them every so often, what I've noticed most recently is that my links to
https://investor.sei-connect.com/
Where some of IRA and ROTH IRA accounts are located has an error that overstates our balance by QUITE A LOT.
I believe the gist of the problem is that the site reports both the "balance" and the "cash equivalent" balance, and Fidelity Fullview is summing them.
Notice the "Cash & Equivalents" (57X, 2X) sum to 6XXX. However Fidelity is showing this account as a balance of 36XXX (the sum of the Balance {3XXXX} and Cash balance) - but the Cash Balance is already included in the Balance.
It seems to be doing this recently, as several months ago it was not conflating the two amounts. But it's also fair to say that several months ago, SEI changed their portal.
I like having the cash balance listed separately and would like to see Fidelity adapt a similar approach.
And finally, the Analysis page seems to be treating those cash balances as "Generic Short Term" if that provides a clue about what it might be getting wrong.
There is another issue in FullView, but I'll open a separate question for that!
