Durex

Today I was supposed to receive a nice wireless clock radio with all sorts of extras and instead I received an open box of Durex. Should have had 30 in it and it only had 15, yuk and double yuk. Parcel was addressed to me so someone in dispatch either trying to hide their thieving or wanted the clock radio for themselves and threw in the Durex for a laugh as no way should it have gone out in error. So to get ordered cancelled I have to return the Durex, being collected tomorrow I refuse to go and find a PO all our local ones closed suddenly last Month, for something that is not my fault. Never returned a wrong item before and hope it goes ok as its down as me returning the clock radio. If all goes well will then contact Vine CS to have that ordered removed as cannot review an item I never recieved.
