Advice for pushing diamond?

Question

Came of the back of going 4 - 11 win/loss in my last 10 games. Having a ton of difficulty climbing, I got stuck gold 2 for a long long long time and then I suddenly broke the barricade and now im at the 2nd roadblock.

I really don't think my macro is bad or my mechanics is the problem. I've played for a while, i've seen people with 60+ percent winrates legit walk like bots, make really obvious mistakes and generally somehow be in a fine elo winning more than me and its really frustrating.

The main problem im getting is the level of team reliance. In lower elos, its easy. People skip camps, make mistakes - you punish it. You funnel yourself resources, you trade things very easily and its usually in your favour. Now its getting to the point where its really really really hard to get objectives reliably. Even if you have a team that's winning, if they don't feel like they need to convert to objectives then its almost always lost.

Streamers just say to keep it simple, clear, punish mistakes but when they play its honestly just really stable games where not much happens randomly. I really cannot identify what many of them do differently to any jungler in this elo honestly. They play very controlled sure, but no one else is playing controlled at all. They get a passive advantage sure, but its chaos. I haven't had a game in emerald so far where there hasn't been 1 or 2 kills on either side before im done with one quadrant of the jungle if not more.

The main struggle is that my enemy jungler is just getting fed completely independent of my plays. Like to me, I have to make the decision to clear, gank or do objective and I can't do all three. But theres games where I make the correct decisions, get my team ahead and then 1 really really bad play happens when im clearing like a gromp across the entire map and it legit loses the game cause enemy jungle just got 4 kills and a 700g shutdown. Like what does the jungler do there? That's not playing consistent or calculated, I can either burgerflip to be there or get the guarenteed loss and trade for like some top camps if im lucky enough to catch them skipping camps to make the play.

Eventually the game just goes to the shitter and i get zoned of my jungle for 20ish minutes, rinse and repeat. The worst thing is that two of the games I won, I played like shit and did next to nothing, but my teams just passively winning to the point where I don't even have to second guess doing objectives. About 5-6 of the games I lost I had a significant early lead but no one else on the team had one, or we didn't convert to drakes or grubs or anything. Most games involve me being most ahead on my team but enemy jungler still being more ahead anyways.

How can I be more independent in jungle? I really want to push diamond and eventually masters but its feeling impossible. Like actually just horrible game after horrible game. What content is useful to watch? I watch most of the top junglers but their advice is just like "have a decent mental and clear camps efficiently", then I watch them coach someone and it genuinely looks like a silver player but apparently it'll be a diamond/masters game. Like every time I watch an agurin/kirei coaching video its like the player can't even sequence their camps correctly, they clear like 20s slow and then they randomly start skipping camps and throwing. I sequence my camps correctly every game and clear fast and optimally, I path towards the correct lane. I watch these videos and I can point out the shit they say before they say it, yet apparently im just playing into these exact players and consistently losing. So frustrating...

If anyone wondering the sort of videos im watching and being confused at, its shit like this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msC-KKnp3PM&t=583s . Diamond 1 player btw cannot sequence his camps and understand lane priority yet is diamond 1?
