Thoughts On If I Have TOS?

Hey guys, I am struggling with body pain issues. My best idea was TOS, and now I'm in physical therapy and (without my input) he said he strongly suspects TOS.

Please if you can give this a read and tell me what you think?

BEGINNING - - - - - - - - - -

I have been experiencing random severe spells of arm pain for maybe a year. So severe I once went to the ER sobbing, writhing, and they did absolutely 0 diagnostics and sent me home. Since then it became more frequent until most days it hurts. Now it's nearly constant right arm pain.

DIAGNOSTICS - - - - - - - - - -

1.) MRI Right Arm - Small partial-thickness articular sided tear at the anterior infraspinatus tendon insertion. Mild long head biceps tenosynovitis.

2.) Previously diagnosed via EMG Carpal and Cubital Tunnel

3.) After these, I saw an arm specialist, who believes it is my neck causing this, as the tear is very small. Radiographs indicate my neck is "too straight." I have to attend neck/arm Physical Therapy for 8 weeks before we can re-MRI my neck instead of my arm.

SYMPTOMS - - - - - - - - - -

  • strongly vary for no apparent reason*
  • Extreme Pain in arm, shoulder to fingertips
  • Collarbone pain, especially yawning. This pain can be really unbearable. It is mid collarboneish.
  • Stiff neck always
  • Extreme fatigue in arm, can't even blow dry my short hair without a break
  • Weakness in arm
  • Migraines frequently
  • VERY sensitive to touch in neck, shoulder, collarbone. Minor touch hurts. Mild pressure really hurts. To the point the specialist could barely touch me.
  • Numbness/tingling accompanied by pain in arm which strongly varies from entire arm, to thumb/pointer side to elbow to shoulder, but mostly pinky/ring to elbow to shoulder. Extreme sensitivity to placing arm down on surfaces due to tingling.

Please ask me things if you want, or tell me what I should do, ask for, what you think, anything. Thank you for reading and maybe helping!
