Good friend/bad friend?

I wok part time,3 days/week. My child goes to nursery 2x/wk, and my friend looks after him 1x/week. I paid her the amount she suggested she is happy to take. One day she just dropped the care for my son,effective immediately. So I had to take a parental leave every week and not get paid for the day cos I had no alternative care. She never said sorry or didn't even suggest I look for an alternative first before making the decision. Fortunately,I have secured a place for my child now for the 3rd day, after 2 months!! It's so frustrating,and now she doesn't even talk to me anymore.how should I feel about that?
