Gemini Student Germany

I just saw on twitter that you can get gemini pro as a student 1 year for free. The googel website has a german page and its says i can get it till the 9th of dezember but every time i click it says the offer is not availabel ? I doubel checked and the offer even comes up on the german googel website. What am i doing wrong i really would like to switch over from chatgpt plus its just too expensive as a student.
