Tier 1 Stuff

Why am I always being told or needing to go to a manager everytime I need to do something beyond putting an item in a box for 10 hours straight. I know how to do most of things I go to leadership about but can't just simply because I'm told not to, for safety reasons, or I dont have permissions It's like my intelligence is being insulted.
