Gemini moons - how are you doing?

For those with Moon 🌝 in Gemini ♊ - how is your mental and emotional state? What is your relationship with your mother like? I was once told that since Moon is 12 houses away from Cancer, it'll lead to certain dysfunction. Apart from instability and unsatisfactory relations, has there been anything good about this placement? Would a good house or nakshatra overpower this? I have had terrible times in Moon PD, is it linked?
