Just grinded 1000 battles, I'm at level 34 on the research, what tasks can I skip and what's the fastest way to go about doing the rest?

The catching 50 mons of the same type stuff is honesty nauseating (I find it way more exhausting than the battles). But I heard you can skip some stuff?

Also what's the most efficient way to get this done? I have about 2 full days to finish it before the DLC drops so any help would be appreciated!
