Do people who watch Dota esports actually enjoy the tournament, or is it just comfort watching?

me personally, it’s more of a comfort watch. Enjoying it? Not really.
genuinely curious, because I’ve tried to really enjoy it, but the only part I ever find fun is the laning stage.

I did feel real enjoyment during the first TI, especially Navi vs ig. But it’s been a long time since I’ve watched a full tournament with that same level of excitement.

If you guys still enjoy the tournament, which parts do you enjoy? Maybe I can pay more attention to those parts.
