Can I use both the Q in the app and the mailer

Just want to confirm before I use my 20% off in the app. I received a home mailer yesterday with another 20% off (exp Christmas Eve) and a $5 off $10 (Christmas to New Year’s). The 20% off has a different barcode than the one in the app. I can use them both in two different transactions, right?
