So I got the ultimate gfn and after a few days I got some questions.

I know this is a dumb one but I have a 1080p 60hz laptop and I set the settings to 240fps 1440p I have really good ethernet and when I play games I see that I manage to get 240fps especially in the competitive games but it's only 1080p expect for cs2 where there it is 1440p like I set in the settings why? Also cs2 also things I have a 240hz monitor

If I tweak the settings in my games would it offer better performance?

Lately I notice that I'm put mostly or only on the rtx 4080 servers, why? And also I notice that usually on the rtx 4080 I get worse performance and packet loss which makes the game looks terrible for a few seconds
