Speed Queen TC5 not agitating and spin cycle maybe 1/3 speed

We bought a Speed Queen TC5 about 4 months ago and all has been well, until recently it’s no longer agitating during any of the chosen cycles. It also spins at what I’d guess to be about 1/3 the normal speed during the spin/drain part of the cycle. It drains very rapidly, the drain hose is clear full when the initial drain begins. Because it doesn’t spin fast, the clothes are noticeably wetter when the cycle is complete. They’re wet enough you can wring them out.

We can peak in the lid, open about 1” to watch the cycle and never see the agitator spin during the wash or rinse cycle. We’ve tried this on bulky, heavy duty, eco etc. It’s under warranty so I can just call them, but are there any obvious things to check here?
