33M, MRI + Bloodwork

Curious why my testosterone is maintained with a microadenoma. My initial symptom was mild gyno/areola tenderness. In hindsight, my libido in recent memory has been low. Feeling pretty down about this and the likely silent impact it's had on my life.

Findings:

5 mm right pituitary microadenoma as detailed above. No suprasellar, parasellar or cavernous mass effect. Normal optic chiasm and prechiasmal optic nerves

1475 mIU/L or 70 ng/uL Prolactin

760 ng/dL testosterone

103.4 pg/mL free testosterone
