Bedrock Switch Online question.

Bedrock latest. Hello. My friend and I have built on a perfect place of land with everything you can think of within reach and beautiful builds. We’re quite proud of our work and I want to share it with my girlfriend. I play on my own dedicated handheld but I do have a Nintendo switch that has been collecting dust for a long time. My question is, do you have to pay for the Nintendo switch online service to play Minecraft realms? Thats pretty much it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
