I will have a lot of filled black sacks to get rid of - best option?

I'll be clearing out my current address after a lot of rubbish has built up due to unforseen circumstances.

What are my best options for getting rid of it? I'm still not 100% surebhow the new bin system works and was curious if there's just a company or council service that will collect the bags.
