Illness question

I am currently feeding my baby milk from 12/4 as I have a bit of an oversupply. I feel like I am coming down with either the flu or a stomach bug. Should I skip feeding him milk from 12/5 & 12/6 and feed him milk from today so he gets possible antibodies? I do latch him sometimes if he decides he wants to latch, but I mostly pump. Please help.

EDITED TO ADD: I only started feeling rough today, baby is still fine and happy it seems. A bit sleepy today but nothing out of the ordinary.
