Right click drag started bugging only on wow today

Retail wow. If I click right button on non-object and drag, I change direction, together with mouse1 it can work as way to only move with mouse etc. For entire day today it's been bugging, like 50-80% of the time the drag just doesn't work. When it finally does recognize the action, then it works like normal. But I can't rely on it at all currently. If I hold down the button while it's not working, it can also start working mid movement. In fact, it always does if I keep moving mouse while mouse2 is held down.

I have restarted game, restarted PC, plugged out and back mouse from PC, have tried on other game. With all addons disabled. Mouse isn't broken, 100% of the time when I click it on objects, wow or otherwise, it picks up. It's only this drag that is bugging.

It may seem like a small issue, but imo it makes the game almost unplayable, that much I've relied on mouse2 regards to movement, I now learn. Realistically, kb turning seems like the only alternative way to turn, so I guess everyone would be annoyed with this issue. I just don't know what else to try. I didn't find anything helpful in settings that I could've accidentally turned on/off.
