Still not pregnant 7 months after miscarriage.

I had a d&c at the end of may as baby didn’t have a heartbeat at 8.5 weeks. I then had a chemical pregnant in September, and haven’t fallen pregnant since. Every month I feel so confident this could be it, then I’m an absolute mess the day my period arrives. I spoke to my dr, and she tested I was ovulated and my progesterone and all is good. She said not to worry about the chemical as they’re so common. But where do I go from here? All I keep seeing it people getting pregnant 2/3 months after their d&c and im still waiting. It’s absolute torture and im not sure how much more I can take. Is there anything I should be asking me dr to do?
