Just received the CIL letter, help with the next steps?

So I just got the CIL email and it’s all a bit much.

They provided me a list but do i directly contact one of the medical personnel and schedule both the medical and MMPI or would I have to go a different route for getting the MMPI done here in Vegas?

Sorry if it’s an annoying question haha. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row and a bit of insight/clarity would be super helpful.
