What should I make next?

I am relatively new to minecraft and atm in my survival world I have a mob form and enchanting table, villager trading hall, iron farm, pumpkin and melon farm, sugar and bamboo farm and automatic sorting system.

Any ideas on what I should make next? Perhaps if you have any specific tutorials to recommend?
