Anti-Nuclear protester in DC 2009

I was outside the White House summer 2009 and there was an anti-nuclear war protestor. He was male, many large face tattoos, one across his forehead and I remember him being white, and something about the virgin marry... I was told he had been protesting there against nuclear weapons for years, possibly decades. I’ve done some googling and found two other people who have protested long term outside the WH for similar reasons but they are not the same person. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
