Increase the difficulty.

So I started a driver mode in F2 for the Red Bull academy (Campos Racing), and I've noticed the difficulty is a bit low. Is there a way to increase it between races or something like that? I also saw that the failures The mechanics are disabled and I'd like to have them enabled for more realism.
