I can't seem to stick to a routine.

Hi,

I have been trying to go to the gym but I have a weird issue with discipline/motivation

I pick a routine to follow, I go for 2 weeks. but then I stop because I'm scared that I won't see results with my routine after spending so much time with it, so I stop going to the gym for a period of time, come back and do it again, and the cycle repeats.

Right now I plan to do the Reddit bodyweight fitness routine, since I do find calisthenics/bodyweight exercises more fun than traditional weightlifting but I am scared I'll wind up quitting again.

Any tips on how I can overcome this?
