Did i shifted or just manifested?

I've been having trouble with a subject like it was causing me anxiety that i was going to fail it. So i just had the idea of like shifting into a reality where id pass it and like two days after i got the notification i had passed it. Now i don't know if i shifted into a almost identical reality where that works happen or lowkey manifested it?
