Star of the Seas Itinerary Choices

Planning on going on Star of the seas but not sure which itinerary to choose. I have three choices: 1) Day 1 (Port Canaveral) Day 2 (Perfect Day at CocoCay) Day 3 (Day at Sea) Day 4 (Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas) Day 5 (Philipsburg, St. Maarten) Days 6-7 (2 Days at Sea) Day 8 (Port Canaveral) 2) Day 1 (Port Canaveral) Day 2 (Perfect Day at CocoCay) Day 3 (Day at Sea) Day 4 (Samaná, Dominican Republic) Day 5 (Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas) Days 6-7 (2 Days at Sea) Day 8 (Port Canaveral) 3) Day 1 (Port Canaveral) Day 2 (Perfect Day at CocoCay) Day 3 (Day at Sea) Day 4 (Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico) Day 5 (Roatan, Honduras) Days 6 (Cozumel, Mexico) Day 7 (Day at Sea) Day 8 (Port Canaveral)

Really just want to know everyone’s opinions. I like doing excursions such as zip lining, swimming with dolphins, and things of that nature. All of the ports don’t need to include that, only at least one.
