AnythingLLM install requirements

AnythingLLM looks like a good starting point to do AI learning. There are lots of documents and tutorials but nothing about install on here. The install requires signature keys, salt and JWT token with no explanation. This makes install impossible. Has anybody accomplished this successfully with more experience than a noob like me? I’d love some pointers, tips and tricks.
