I've noticed a specific spot on the back of my dryer get's hotter than the rest of the back

A specific spot on my the back of my dryer tends to get hotter than the rest of the back.

I recently inherited this dryer thorugh a house purchase and spent a lot of time cleaning out the lint trap inside the dryer as well as the dryer vent hose that I had reasonable access to. I was not able to get the entire vent hose completed cleaned out.

What next steps should I approach with this dryer to minimize any fire risk?
