F20 Adaptive LED retrofit

Does anybody know what steps I need to take to retrofit S552 to a car which has S5A2? So from normal LED to Adaptive. Car in question is a 2019 125i.
Is a kafas camera required or is it a case of simply switching headlights and code it?
Control unit seems to be the same part number.
