tension while breastfeeding

does anyone else notice themselves getting extremely tense during breastfeeding? like i’ll check into my body and notice my shoulders are rounded and up to my ears, im clenching my jaw to the point of pain, my brow is furrowed and just in general im not relaxed at all…. its probably a sign im doing something wrong?
