A midlife awakening

I could really use some support. I’m in my mid 30’s in a great relationship but lately feel like I’m having this sexual awakening. I’ve always been a shy guy and never really gave myself the time to explore. I don’t want to jeopardize my relationship but something is pulling me to explore the sides of my sexuality I’ve kept in the dark. More specifically I think it would be fun to give a blow job to someone. I have no clue if I’ll like it and I’m wondering how I approach this. Is this something I should try and converse with my partner about or is it ok to explore the parts of self we keep in the dark to see if it’s something we even want to continue to explore before having these conversations? It’s all scary and new and any support on this is very appreciated.
