Tax geeks I need your help

I’n researching ways to minimize taxes paid on vacant land. I’ve looked at ownership restructuring, minimum construction work, marking as primary residence, issues with infrastructure (inability to build), investment options or reclassification of land.

Any tips from tax lawyers who have worked on that? Please help a girl out
