Game Help

How do you guys beat large enemies? I’m at the end of the game and I’m really struggling with radagon and elden beast. Throughout my whole playthrough, I’ve struggled with larger bosses (mainly dragons). When I’m up close attacking, I can never see what they’re doing, and a lot of the time I end up getting hit. The camera always messes me up. Every dragon I’ve killed, I initially just skip them, then come back when I’m way over leveled and then beat them. Now with Elden beast, I can’t really do that, and I keep getting hit because it’s hard to see when he’s going to attack when I’m up next to him attacking. Not to mention, I usually only have like 5ish healing flasks when I get to him, so there’s little room for error. Anyone have any tips? I’m running strength/faith build with malikeths black blade
