New home, wifi working on phone and laptop but Amazon echos can’t connect

I’ve moved into a new home this week and got a WiFi router sent out, managed to get it plugged in and set up, my phone and Mac have had no issues connecting to it.

My Amazon echo is old and hadn’t been in use for a few weeks, I tried setting it up but it would come on with the blue light and no matter how long I pressed the button it wouldn’t go to the orange light to connect it with the WiFi. So I thought maybe the move was its final straw, ordered a new echo to replace it. Well here I am sitting with an echo in each hand, both glowing blue unable to enter the orange light set up mode, so I can’t even establish if it’s an issue with the WiFi?

Can someone please help me out, YouTube tutorials have been of no assistance.
