Is it possible to complete RDR1 without a bounty?

Just started a PS5 playthough (been over 10 years since I last played) and I was wondering if there’s a a workaround on the bounty acquired during the mission with Seth where the Pardon Letter mechanic is introduced.

I searched through old forum posts, and I couldn’t find anything. Was hoping to do a bounty-free playthrough but that may not be possible.
