Buyer wanting to return

Hi all, I’ve recently sold an item and the buyer has messaged to ask if they can return the jacket because it’s too small. I listed it correct with the correct size and plenty of photos. I said this isn’t a valid return reason and the item listed matched the description. I’ve asked them to send me photos of the item for proof it’s still in the same condition I sent it (brand new with tags!) so I don’t get scammed but what’s the process here, they have said they can’t accept it and have also sent me a message saying “item is everything how you sent it” but I read too many horror stories. So should I just wait for photos and then also speak to Vinted customer support, I’ve asked their AI to put me through to someone.
