Need help with the anking step 2 deck

I've used the step 1 anking deck which was easier to use cause I just filtered it by source(for ex. first aid cards) but now I wanna learn medicine and surgery from the anking deck mostly from dorain deck but I cant figure out how to filter it.

I wanna do it topic by topic as well like cardiology medicine then cardiology surgery.

Would appreciate the help!
